We take pride in delivering the freshest mangoes. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Eligibility for Refund/Replacement Due to the perishable nature of our products, we only accept refund or replacement requests if:

  • The product received is damaged, rotten, or significantly different from what was ordered.
  • The complaint is raised within 24 hours of delivery with photo evidence sent via WhatsApp.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Change of mind after delivery or dispatch.
  • Delays caused by incorrect address provided by the customer.
  • Spoilage due to improper storage after delivery.

Refund Process Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days via the original payment method or store credit, at our discretion.
